I got an exceptionally comfortable room with a balcony, beautiful balcony views plus a view over the harbour. The stunning location was right by Pasai Donibane.

We loved the charming, atmospheric cobbled streets and the beautiful walk to the hotel. The little ferry and bus connections were convenient for getting into the city center. The square nearby was a great spot for watching bustling harbor activity. The hotel staff was friendly and the breakfast was delicious with warm croissants and fresh juice.
Nothing not to love.

Donibanea in Pasai San Pedro is a clean hotel with an excellent location right on the sea. The staff is friendly and communicates well - even via WhatsApp. The breakfast is delicious - with freshly squeezed juice and a variety of options. Plus - the hotel provides local insights and recommendations for activities nearby.
Can just recommend.

I asked for a double room with balcony, a view over the harbour and beautiful balcony views and they kindly provided it. The location was stunning and amazing for Pasai San Pedro, next to the neighbouring square, and Camino del Norte. Besides, there was a Roman Catholic church, located near the property.

My stay was excellent, liked quiet vibes!
The hotel was comfortable and the staff amicable, brilliant location in the old town of a charming fishing port. Location: the property was not far from Camino del Norte as well as the waterfront. It was close to Txulotxo, where you can have lunch.

The hotel was the best base for enjoying a pedestrian area, short walk to the old town of a charming fishing port and the waterfront and the sea. Had the a double room which was modern with a view over the harbour. Had a shower and bath sheets in the bathroom. The location was stunning - walking distance to everywhere we wanted to go...

Excellent value for money and a well-laid-out room with great linen and towels. The hotel's location next to the estuary in a charming historic village made for a delightful stay. The staff were professional, attentive, and even contacted me via WhatsApp to ensure a smooth arrival.
More variety in the breakfast options would have been appreciated, especially for guests staying longer. A kettle in the room would have been more convenient for tea drinkers.

Great breakfast with freshly squeezed juice. Fantastic linen and towels. Well laid out room, just not much space to unpack. Town is pretty but limited options on Mondays.

The hotel was in a great location right on the waterfront with amazing views. The room was clean, modern, and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful.
The breakfast options were limited and got a bit boring after a few days. There was no kettle in the room, which made it inconvenient for tea drinkers.

Excellent stay in a beautiful and peaceful part of Pasaia. Lovely rooms, comfortable beds, and a delicious breakfast. The staff was very helpful and provided great recommendations for dining out and visiting a local museum. The professionalism of the staff was exceptional, as they even reached out to me on WhatsApp before my arrival to ensure someone was there to greet me. The breakfast was amazing, with freshly squeezed orange juice, good coffee, and bread with ham, turkey. The location is also very convenient, close to the ferry terminal.
Felt very homey, nothing was too much trouble.
